Ingredients: Pork Meat, Egg, Cassava Flour, MSG, Pork Meat powder, Sesame Oil, Iodized Salt, Pepper


Cooking Instructions Steaming:

1. Thaw out RCC Siomai overnight in a chiller or refrigerator. Do not steam under frozen conditions to prevent wanton wrapper from getting soggy.

2. Steam siomai for 20 to 25 minutes.

3. Serve while hot. May use soy sauce with calamansi as a condiments


Deep Frying:

1. Thaw out RCC Siomai overnight in a chiller or refrigerator.

2. Pre-heat 2 to 3 cups of cooking oil in a pan under medium to high heat.

3. Deep fry siomai for 4 to 5 minutes. Stir occasionally while frying.

4. Remove the fried siomai from the pan. Drop excess oil.

5. Serve while hot. May use soy sauce with calamansi as a condiments.
